there were several communication errors to report. circumstantial talks about weather or trivial issues didn't work as intended. serious and well discussed topics frighten the subject, thus exposing me to the possibility of an angry outburst. i've given up, and simply agreed with every non-sense the subject said.

conclusion: one can not define conversation by simple exchange of words. for two individuals can be exchanging words for hours without the smallest trace of conversation.
