Next friday already? Would love to check it, yes, but you have to send it to me today, else I won't have time.

Bear in mind though that my first language is not English, so I might not be the better option if you want me to check the way you wrote it. Will do my best though. E-mail address jeraynes[at]live[dot]com[dot]pt

(not writing it with dots and the at sigh due to adress farming schemes... security measures!)

No, sadly enough I can't speak or write Spanish. I can understand it if someone speaks to me slowly, or if whatever is written is quite simple (the same goes for French, but while I've studied French for a long time, I've never studied Spanish).

It does have common roots with Portuguese (Latin), and in many ways it is not that different... but it's different enough :)

Sadly enough, the closest thing to a poem I've ever written in my life sounded so ridiculous that I never dared show it to anyone... lol. I prefer stories, really :)

By the way, the other day you said I should become a writer. I told you I was a writer of sorts (or something like this). Although I have little fiction published on the Internet, you can check two (very) short stories I've published here. You can find the links on the side menu, requiem for lothorethiel and requiem for lothorethiel (II).

Right now I'm at work (lol), but will check out your story as soon as I get home, and will give you the feedback then :)

  • the truth always comes to the surface
  • like a turtle
  • forewarning
  • merciful lies (II)
  • easier to lie.
  • the girls we followed home*
  • and before someone asks,
  • the irony of death
  • the spoils of war
  • the battle itself
